Before your first session…

Thank you for scheduling a Yoga Therapy session. I look forward to our time together.

Please take a few minutes to fill out the intake form below, and read through the other information to get the most of our session time.

Please complete this intake form at least 48 hours before our session time.

In-person sessions

We will be meeting at 209 E College St. at my “home” studio, in a building set back from the house.  When you arrive, pull into the driveway and park in front of the planter boxes to the right. I will meet you outside for your first session to show you to the studio space. I have mats and props, but feel free to bring anything you’d like to make your practice time more comfortable.

Virtual sessions

I will send you a Zoom link within 24 hours of our session time. Please prepare your practice space with a mat and any other props you have. It can be helpful to test the camera setup so I can see your entire body while on your mat. We will begin the session close up, face-to-face.

Cancellation policy

To honor the integrity of our time together, please give at least 24 hours notice if you must cancel your appointment. Otherwise, you will be charged the full amount for your session. If there is an illness or injury that prevents you from attending the session, please inform Katie as soon as possible.
